South Walton Law, P.A. is a full service law firm providing transactional real estate services, and practicing in the areas of real estate, probate, and general civil litigation. We are located in Okaloosa County, Florida, and service Walton, Okaloosa, Bay, and Santa Rosa Counties. We are dedicated to providing our clients and customers personalized and efficient service to achieve their individual goals. Cassie Long is the owner and managing attorney at South Walton Law, P.A. She was born and raised in Destin, Florida. After completing her legal education at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Cassie returned home to practice. Cassie formed South Walton Law, P.A., in 2011 and the practice is focused on real property transactions and litigation, probate, and general civil litigation. When she is not practicing law, Cassie enjoys boating, surfing, spending time with her family and taking advantage of the many perks of living on the Emerald Coast.

Emily Rogers

South Walton Law, P.A. is pleased to announce that attorney Emily Rogers has joined the firm. Emily was born and raised in Destin, FL.  She received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University (Go Noles!).  Prior to attending law school, Emily worked with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide as a sales manager at the Westin Buckhead Atlanta. Thereafter, Emily continued her education and legal studies at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL.  While in law school, Emily interned for the Jacksonville Public Defender, North Florida Legal Aide, and served as a teaching assistant.  Emily also spent a semester studying abroad at Cambridge University in Cambridge, England where she was able to gain educational experience in various aspects of International Law. 
Emily returned to Destin to practice law in 2012 and has represented clients in a broad spectrum of legal matters, both in litigation and transactional matters. Emily’s practice at South Walton Law, P.A. is focused on real estate closings (commercial and residential), estate planning, probate, transactional law, and general civil litigation.  When Emily is not practicing law, she loves traveling, being on the water as much as possible, and spending time with her family and friends
